How does it work?
How we make it happen: Core mechanic (test run – minimal cost to you)
Every table that hits your upsell target (e.g. 2+ bottles, $1,500–2,000 min, etc.) automatically receives 1–3 exclusive cards + raffle entry.
Exclusive version just for you:

Customize the cards with: “Your club name" or “_________ Exclusive” or “Official _______ Edition”

Your night / resident DJ name

Special foil / color only available at your venue
This turns the card into a true collectible — something guests can’t get anywhere else and will flex on social.
Artist interaction options
(pick what works for [Artist Name]):
Option A – Full raffle prize (highest upsell power)
→ Biggest FOMO and fastest way to push tables from 1 to 2–3 bottles.
- 1 winner (or 1–2 tables) gets a short meet & greet + personal signing / photo at the end of the night.
- Bottle team sells: “Two more bottles and your table is entered to meet [Artist] tonight.”
Option B – No meet & greet, but guaranteed signed cards (still very strong)
→ Still feels premium and collectible. Guests post “just got this signed at [Club Name]” — great social proof for you and the artist.
- Artist signs 10-20 cards (however many makes sense for the artist and for you based on the promotion) before or after their set (quick 10–15 min session).
- Every qualifying table gets 1–3 pre-signed exclusive cards to take home.
Option C – Add-on purchase (if you don’t want to tie to bottle minimums)
→ Clean revenue stream, no pressure on bottle staff, still creates exclusivity.
- Offer a $300–$500 “VIP Signed Card Package” table add-on: Table receives 3 exclusive signed cards immediately (if their artist has agreed to sign before the show).
- Automatic raffle entry for the meet & greet (if artist is open to it).
Raffle option turns collectable card into raffle ticket using any custom numbering system.

Other strong scenarios we can run:
1. Artist signs live on stage / at DJ booth (medium effort, huge content)
- Raffle winner brought up for 60-second signing moment in front of the crowd + photo/video.
- Creates viral room energy and great content for club & artist.
2. Tiered table rewards (maximizes spend)
→ Encourages meaningful upsells without feeling forced.
- 2 bottles → 1 unsigned exclusive card + 1 raffle entry
- 3+ bottles / premium tier → 3 exclusive signed cards + 2 raffle entries
3. Resident / opening act signs first 10-25 cards
- If headliner won’t sign, use resident DJ / featured performer to pre-sign cards.
- Still exclusive to your club → guests feel they got something special.
4. Numbered limited edition (scarcity play)
- Cards numbered 01–20 “Exclusive to [Club Name] [Date]”.
- Winners get lowest numbers signed or a bonus card.
- Turns it into a mini collectible drop.
This gives your VIP tables something tangible and unique they can’t get anywhere else, while giving bottle hosts / promoters a concrete upsell tool and the club exclusive content / branding.
